Eric Lopez

About Eric:

Eric had a distinguished Army career that began at West Point and included being the honor graduate of the Army Ranger School, infantry company and battalion command in Afghanistan, and finally brigade command in Army recruiting. During this time, Eric developed a passion for developing leaders. This is what inspired him to found Arrowhead Leadership Consulting in 2020.

Eric loves building relationships and helping people grow as leaders in their personal and professional lives. The vision and values of Arrowhead are a reflection of Eric’s desire to impact people’s lives by helping them become better leaders.
