Joel Hesch is an author, attorney, professor, leader in his local church, and founder of Proven Men. Joel has been married to his wife for 27 years.

Proven Men Ministries was founded by Joel after experiencing lasting victory over his 20-year struggle with sex addiction. The irony of his story is that as a top flight government lawyer he was entrusted with a “secret” clearance level to prosecute companies cheating the military. However, it was his own secret thought life and fantasy world that was his own worst enemy and that led him to cheat on his wife. God, however, through His divine grace, mercy, and love, used this tragedy to give Joel the vision and mission to create the proven path for purity to restore men that have become ensnared by porn or sex addiction.
